3-piece metal idol unit BABYMETAL performed at the Nihon Budokan for the first time. They are now the youngest to ever perform at the Budokan, with an average age of 14.7 years.
They're a metal-themed idol unit, and are known to not have any talks during their concerts. The group consists of vocalist SU-METAL (16), and 'screamers' YUIMETAL (14) and MOAMETAL (14). They performed their hit songs "Ijime, dame, zettai" and others, and will be performing this summer in Europe.

コミック視点で聴くと案外悪くない。
You shouldn't be listening to BABYMETAL seriously. They're not that bad when you listen to them from a "comical" standpoint.

It's been my 4th time to a BABYMETAL live, but the Budokan gig was by far the best. I can't imagine them doing anything bigger than this right now, so I think they made the right choice in going on a European tour next.
But all I can say about their marketing strategy is that it's twisted.

I don't think these 3 girls can accomplish something by themselves so they should also include the age of the oldies in the band in the average.

ドキモとかアイドル色強い曲は聴けないけど
I hate idols but I can bear listening to BABYMETAL. I can't listen to songs like DOKIMO which still sound too idol-like, though.
