Yusuke Iseya and Min Tanaka's pictures for the Rurouni Kenshin sequel revealed + Iseya's bike gets stolen

The visuals for Yusuke Iseya's Aoshi Shinomori and Min Tanaka's Nenji Kashiwazaki a.k.a. Okina were revealed.

The battle between Aoshi and Okina is one of the highlights in the upcoming Kyoto Taika arc. Iseya is no stranger to action scenes, having portrayed Tōru Rikiishi in Ashita no Joe. He comments: "The action team (led by Kenji Tanigaki) is really aiming for something extremely high, and I've already got my hands full just trying to cope up with that".

Director Otomo also comments on Min Tanaka which he calls "the strongest 68-year-old ever in history" and says: "I think that he won't be able to move in the near future, so he's really struggling desperately".

フレームがチタンなら自分で溶接とか絶対無い。チタンの溶接はかなり難しい。

There's no way you can weld this yourself if the frame is made of titanium. Welding titanium is pretty tough.
